This website is operated by Evilox Holdings (Registration No. 2011/097370/23), 2 Grevillea Road, Highveld Techno Park, Centurion, Gauteng, and is the “responsible party” for personal information collected through it under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Evilox Holdings is part of the Incomar Group. Our private security services are delivered through Evilox Security Risk Company (Registration No. 2016/190772/07).

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to improve this website:

• Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Analytics (only if you accept cookies): information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived here. This is collected through Google Analytics and does not identify you personally to us.
• Email and telephone: any details you share when you contact us directly.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, to discuss and deliver our services, and to understand and improve how the website performs. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for direct marketing without your consent.

Analytics cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) are set by Google Analytics only if you click Accept on our cookie notice. If you click Reject, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time:

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website:

• Formspree — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
• Google (Analytics) — analytics data, only if you accept cookies.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you use the WhatsApp chat button, your conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

Some of these providers process information outside South Africa. We only use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the information they handle, and we may disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, to carry out any resulting work, or to meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Under POPIA you may:

• ask us whether we hold personal information about you, and request access to it;
• ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate or no longer needed;
• object to the processing of your personal information;
• withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time (see section 4).
